Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on h98. All financial transactions on h98 — deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 20,000 before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds at confirmation are the odds that apply — subsequent market movements do not affect settled bets.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. h98 reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time, including during an active sporting event, at its sole discretion. Bets placed just before a market is suspended will be honoured only if the bet was accepted and confirmed before the suspension was applied.
Slots and table games on h98 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each slot are available within the game information panel. Live casino tables are operated by third-party providers and are subject to additional rules displayed within each live table environment.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, h98's system will attempt to complete any round in progress. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error, stakes for that round will be returned to your PKR wallet. h98 accepts no liability for losses caused by network issues on the player's side.
h98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on markets with incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed using funds obtained through account abuse or bonus exploitation. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
The h98 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on your cumulative wagering activity on the platform. Benefits increase at each tier and are applied automatically — there is no separate application process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h98 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
Serious violations: h98 takes fraud and money laundering extremely seriously. Any account suspected of financial misconduct will be frozen pending a full investigation, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate financial or law enforcement authorities.
h98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting h98 support. If the account closure request is related to responsible gaming concerns — for example, a feeling that gambling is becoming a problem — h98 will action the request promptly and will not send promotional communications to the closed account.
Where an account is closed by h98 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-disciplinary reasons, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
